Elite Athlete Training
Rate: $25 per session.
Session Structure:
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and can be purchased individually or in packages.

M-W-F 5:30-6:30am (Bootcamp)
Rates:
$50/month (1 session per week).
$80/month (2 sessions per week).

Drop-In Rate: $20 per session (subject to availability).

Rate: $150 per month.
Details:
Unlimited access to GPP open gym hours, with tailored workouts focused on functional fitness, strength, and conditioning.

First Responder Fitness
Female Firefighter Training -or- GPP/SPP
Rate: GPP $100 per month. FFT $25 per class
Details:
FFT- Scheduled classes specifically designed for female firefighters to build strength, endurance, and resilience while addressing the unique physical demands of firefighting.
GPP/SPP-Unlimited daily access to open gym hours, training with other first responders, with tailored workouts focused on strength, conditioning, mobility, and tactical readiness.

Rates:
$200/6 weeks (1 session per week).
$250/6 weeks (2 sessions per week).
$300/6 weeks (3 sessions per week).
Drop-In Rate: $30 per session (subject to availability).
SST Facility Guidelines and Policies
To ensure a safe, respectful, and high-performing environment for all athletes, we ask that you review and follow our facility policies. These guidelines are in place to promote safety, cleanliness, and a positive training experience for everyone.
Please also review our cancellation and refund policies for memberships, training sessions, and programs. Adherence to these policies helps us maintain fairness and efficiency for all athletes and staff.

General Conduct
Respect all athletes, coaches, and staff members.
Refrain from disruptive or unsafe behavior at all times.
Maintain proper hygiene and wear appropriate training attire.
No food or drinks (except water) allowed on the training floor.
Session Attendance and Punctuality
Athletes must arrive on time and be prepared to begin their training session promptly.
Late arrivals may have their session shortened at the coach’s discretion.
Parents and guardians should pick up their children on time after sessions.
Equipment Usage
All equipment must be used as instructed by the coaching staff.
Wipe down equipment after use and return all items to their designated locations.
Any damage to equipment must be reported immediately to a coach or staff member.
Health and Safety
Athletes must report any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before participating in training.
If an athlete is feeling unwell, they should refrain from attending training sessions to prevent illness from spreading.
The facility maintains strict emergency procedures and safety protocols for all participants.

Packages & Prepaid Plans
Discounts are applied for bulk purchases and longer commitments.
Membership and Package Payments
Payments for memberships or packages must be made in advance.
Late payments may result in a pause or cancellation of membership.
Athlete Package Refunds and Transfers
All pre-paid package sessions must be used within 3 calendar months.
Refunds are not provided for missed or unused sessions.
Unused sessions or memberships may be transferred to another client within a family with prior approval from SST management.
Adult Membership Holds:
Members can place their membership on hold for a maximum of 2 months per calendar year with prior notice.

General Policy
All cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid a penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be rescheduled within the same week or will otherwise result in the full session fee being charged ($25).
No-call, no-show absences will automatically be charged the full session fee.
Emergency Considerations
We understand that emergencies, illnesses, and unforeseen circumstances may arise.
Athletes or parents are encouraged to communicate any last-minute issues as soon as possible.
Prepaid sessions may be pushed forward with proper notice to accommodate unavoidable cancellations.
Refunds:
Monthly Memberships:
No refunds after the first week of the billing cycle.
Partial refunds (pro-rated) may be considered for medical reasons with appropriate documentation.
Session Expiration:
Athlete Packages: Sessions expire 3 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
Group Fitness Plans: Sessions are valid for the purchased month only.

Required Waiver
All athletes (or their guardians if under 18) must sign a liability waiver before participating in training.
This waiver covers participation in training sessions, the use of gym equipment, and consent for emergency medical treatment if necessary.
Emergency Contacts
Each athlete must have an up-to-date emergency contact on file.
As a licensed Medic, the facility operator is permitted to provide immediate first aid and initiate emergency medical care if required.

Photo and Video Permissions
SST may occasionally feature athletes in training sessions on website and social media platforms for promotional purposes.
If an athlete or their guardian prefers not to have their image shared, they must notify the facility in writing.
Appropriate Use of Media
Any use of SST’s name, logo, or footage by athletes or guardians must be approved by SST management.
The unauthorized recording of training sessions or other athletes is strictly prohibited.
